Son arrivée est prévue entre le 20 et 22 juillet 2022. Marta Skyba, la présidente de « l’Asociación de Ucranianos en Galicia-Girasol », a préparé une lettre qui a été remise à sept autorités de Galice et de Vigo. Dix-sept associations ukrainiennes d’Espagne ont cosigné le document, qui demande l’application effective du 5e paquet de sanctions européennes interdisant l’entrée des navires russe dans les ports de l’UE.
