The Russian vessel « Shtandart », which is banned from European ports as a result of the fifth round of sanctions imposed following the Russian crimes at Boutcha, will arrive in Rouen at 5:30pm on June 7, 2023. It will be moored on the left bank of the Seine River near the Gustave Flaubert bridge until June 18. The quay will be freely accessible during the « L’Armada 2023 » festival. Free boarding will be possible every day from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
