Report to the European authorities about the illegal stopover of the Russian « Shtandart » in La Rochelle with the complicity of Brice Blondel, Prefect of Charente-Maritime.

On June 24, 2024, the European Council explicitly confirmed that “replicas of historic ships” fell within the scope of port sanctions. The aim was to put an end to the misleading rewriting of EU regulations by the Russian Shtandart influence network operating within the French state apparatus. In some « départements, the clarification » has been taken into account. On the other hand, the sanctions fraud continues in La Rochelle, with the complicity of Brice Blondel, Prefect of Charente-Maritime. The stopover on August 5 and 6 bears witness to this.

Russian-French fraud against European sanctions: Shtandart plans an imminent new stopover in La Rochelle.

The russian ship Shtandart has scheduled another illegal stopover in La Rochelle from 10 to 12 August 2024. Its captain, Vladimir Martus, is confident that Patrice BERNIER, a marina employee, will serve his interests and those of Russia to the best of his ability.

SANCTIONS ALERT! Didier Lallement, Secretary General for the Sea, scoffs at the European Council’s recent decision and continues to encourage fraud by the Russian vessel « Shtandart ».

The No Shtandart In Europe collective is calling on the European Commission to crash the fraud perpetrated in the interest of the Russian vessel Shtandart by Didier Lallement, Secrétaire général de la mer (Secretary General for the Sea).

Russian frigate « Shtandart » in Fécamp for « Grand’Escale »

The ship Shtandart, registered under Russian flag and banned from European Union ports, entered the Bérigny dock for Fécamp « Grand’Escale » between 9:30 and 10:00 pm on 06 May 2024. It flew the flags of the Russian Empire and of Saint Petersburg at the mastheads.

Shtandart, what should Ukraine do against Shoigu and Putin’s ambassador ship occupying French ports?

I recommend that the Ukrainian government get in touch with the French government to obtain the irrevocable expulsion, as soon as possible, of Shtandat, the ambassador ship of Putin and Choigou. Failing that, I suggest that France’s reneging on its signature should be publicised as widely as possible. In addition, I recommend that the « Shtandart » vessel be considered a legitimate target by the Ukrainian armed forces when transiting international waters.

Case: why is La Rochelle harbour occupied by the Russian ship » Shtandart « ?

After a summer 2023 of lucrative commercial performances at various French maritime festivals, the Russian ship « Shtandart » is back in La Rochelle, the epicentre of an astonishing Franco-Russian collaboration. Indeed, it was in this port that was built the remarkable scenario justifying the circumvention of European sanctions imposed following the Russian massacres in Bucha.

Where, when and how to visit the russian ship Shtandart at « l’Armada Rouen 2023 »?

The Russian vessel « Shtandart », which is banned from European ports as a result of the fifth round of sanctions imposed following the Russian crimes at Boutcha, will arrive in Rouen at 5:30pm on June 7, 2023. It will be moored on the left bank of the Seine River near the Gustave Flaubert bridge until June 18. The quay will be freely accessible during the « L’Armada 2023 » festival. Russian ship « Shtandart » plans illegal calls to Texel and Scheveningen, the Netherlands, in June and July 2023

Appeal to the Netherlands pro-Ukraine activists. Let’s enforce the fifth round of sanctions and ban the russian vessel Shtandart from all European ports! Prevent Putin’s ambassador ship from calling at Texel and Scheveningen.

President of Brittany Region, Prefect of Brittany Region, we solemnly urge you to enforce the fifth round of sanctions taken, on April 8, 2022. It was unanimously decided by the European states following the Russian massacres in Butcha. It prohibits any Russian vessel from entering the ports of the Union.

Ukrainophobic activist Michel Balique and sanctioned Russian ship still in France

Since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, a French activist (Russian influence agent), Michel Balique, has used the association he presides, “Friends of Tall Ships,” as a tool for commercial promotion of the Russian ship “Shtandart.”
Moreover, Balique uses it to spread a parallel pro-Kremlin reality intended to screen the circumvention of the 5th package of the EU sanctions against Russia, with the decision-makers, the media, and the opinion, Bernard Grua wrote. The French newspaper “Libération” sheds light on the actions of the pro-Russian lobbyist.
