Смоленская компания «Комбат-Тур» была формально уведомлена о правовых ограничениях, касающихся запланированного «семейного круиза» на борту российского фрегата «Штандарт», который должен пройти вдоль берегов Бретани.
Компания также была предупреждена, что её клиенты могут не получить разрешение на посадку или высадку, а в некоторых случаях даже подвергнуться задержанию правоохранительными органами.
