Протягом останніх двох з половиною років російське судно «Штандарт» та його капітан-власник Владімір Мартус, завдяки російським мережам впливу, порушують європейські санкції, запроваджені після масових вбивств у Бучі. Навіть не беручи до уваги потенційний ризик для національної безпеки Франції, очевидно, що цей пропагандист імперіалістичної культури, успадкованої від Петра І, знаходить великий відгук у своїй пропаганді, спрямованій на відбілювання російського народу від злочинів, скоєних в Україні. Серед своїх співвітчизників Мартус розпалює націоналістичний запал, представляючи себе героєм у боротьбі проти санкцій ЄС.

Цей випадок підкреслює стійкість багатовікового русофільства Франції, незважаючи на офіційну підтримку нації-мучениці, яка стала жертвою війни на знищення. Вона демонструє небажання деяких французьких лідерів розірвати культурні та економічні зв’язки з країною, де вони є провідним іноземним інвестором. Вона ілюструє постійне втручання Росії в те, що за часів СРСР було «ігровим майданчиком КДБ», і її постійні спроби втручатися і заважати. На жаль, це ставить під сумнів здатність Франції поважати свій міжнародний підпис і довіру до свого дипломатичного слова. Це змушує нас побоюватися, що коли справа дійде до ще більш важливих і стратегічних або фінансових питань, обмежувальні заходи, вжиті проти Росії, будуть розглядатися лише більш недбало. Це нещодавно було проілюстровано, наприклад, викриттями щодо технічного обслуговування російських літаків «Сухой» компаніями «Thales» і «Safran».

Конференцію, організовану Сергієм Єрьоміним, керівником громадської організації, центру французької мови та культури Paris-IF, проведе Бернар Груа, бретонець з Нанта, засновник міжнародного колективу «No Shandart In Europe» та його прес-секретар. Будуть обговорюватись наступні теми:

Як Франція, яку нещодавно закликала до порядку Європейська Рада, тобто 27 країн-членів ЄС, порушує 5-ту частину санкцій, запроваджених після російських масових вбивств у Бучі?
Які зв’язки між «Штандартом» і Володимиром Мартусом, його капітаном і судновласником, та адміністрацією президента Росії?
Що це за вигадка, висунута фальшивим опонентом Володимиром Мартусом і використана деякими представниками французької влади, а також більшістю французької преси для «виправдання» порушення європейських норм?

Depuis deux ans et demi, un navire, le « Shtandart » et son capitaine-armateur, Vladimir Martus, avec l’aide de réseaux d’influence russes, viole les sanctions européennes prises suite aux massacres de Boutcha. Sans même considérer un potentiel risque pour la sécurité nationale de la France, il est évident que ce promoteur d’une culture impérialiste héritée de Pierre Le Grand y trouve un large écho à sa propagande visant à blanchir le peuple russe des crimes commis en Ukraine. Auprès de ses compatriotes, il déclenche une ferveur nationaliste le présentant comme un héros de la lutte contre les sanctions de l’Union.

Cette affaire met en évidence la résilience de la pluri-centenaire russophilie française, en dépit d’un soutien officiellement affiché à l’égard de la nation martyre victime d’une guerre d’anéantissement. Elle montre la répugnance de certains Dirigeants de la France à couper les liens culturels et économiques avec un pays où ils sont le premier investisseur étranger. Elle illustre la permanence du pouvoir d’ingérence et de nuisance russe dans ce qui était, à l’époque de l’URSS, « le terrain de jeu du KGB ». Elle peut introduire un doute quant à la capacité de la France à respecter sa signature internationale et quant au crédit qu’il faut apporter à sa parole diplomatique. Elle laisse craindre que, sur des enjeux financiers encore plus importants et plus stratégiques, les mesures restrictives prises à l’égard de la Russie n’y soient traitées qu’avec plus de désinvolture. C’est, par exemple, ce qu’ont récemment confirmé les révélations relatives à la maintenance des Sukhoï russes par les sociétés « Thalès » et « Safran ».

La conférence organisée par Sergii IEROMIN, responsable du centre culturel Paris-IF, sera animée par Bernard GRUA, un Breton nantais, fondateur et porte-parole du collectif international « No Shtandart In Europe ». Les thèmes suivants seront développés :

Comment la France, bien que récemment rappelée à l’ordre par le Conseil européen, c’est-à-dire les 27 États membres de l’Union, est en infraction avec le 5e volet des sanctions prises suite aux massacres russes de Boutcha ?
Quels sont les liens du « Shtandart » et de Vladimir Martus, son capitaine armateur, avec l’administration présidentielle russe ?

For the past two and a half years, a Russian ship, the ‘Shtandart’, and its captain-owner, Vladimir Martus, thanks to Russian influence networks, has been violating European sanctions imposed following the Bucha massacres. Without even considering a potential risk to France’s national security, it is clear that this promoter of an imperialist culture inherited from Peter the Great is finding a large echo in his propaganda aimed at whitewashing the Russian people of the crimes committed in Ukraine. Among his compatriots, Martus unleashes a nationalist fervour presenting him as a hero in the fight against EU sanctions.

This case highlights the resilience of France’s centuries-old Russophilia, despite its officiall support for the martyred nation that is the victim of a war of annihilation. It shows the reluctance of some France’s leaders to sever cultural and economic ties with a country where they are the leading foreign investor. It illustrates the permanent Russian power of interference and nuisance in what was, in the days of the USSR, ‘the KGB’s playground’. It unfortunately casts doubt on France’s ability to respect its international signature and on the credibility of its diplomatic word. It leads us to fear that, when it comes to even more important and strategic or financial issues, the restrictive measures taken against Russia will only be treated more casually. This was recently illustrated, for example, by the revelations concerning the maintenance of Russian Sukhoi aircrafts by Thales and Safran.

The conference, organised by Serhiy IEROMIN, head of the Paris-IF cultural centre, will be led by Bernard GRUA, a Breton from Nantes, founder of the international collective ‘No Shtandart In Europe’ and its spokesperson. The following topics will be discussed:

How is France, although recently called to order by the European Council, i.e. the 27 member states of the Union, is in breach of the 5th part of the sanctions imposed following the Russian massacres in Bucha?
What are the links between the ‘Shtandart’ plus Vladimir Martus, its captain and shipowner, and the Russian presidential administration?
What is the fiction put forward by Vladimir Martus, the false opponent, and used by some of the French authorities as by the majority of French press to « justify » the violation of European regulations?
Which pro-Russian networks of influence and their agents have been identified in France in connection with the ‘Shtandart’ case?
How is the ‘No Shtandart In Europe’ collective fighting against the Kremlin’s ambassador ship?
Why might the Spanish maritime authorities be an example for France to follow?
