Russian-French fraud against European sanctions: Shtandart plans an imminent new stopover in La Rochelle.

The russian ship Shtandart has scheduled another illegal stopover in La Rochelle from 10 to 12 August 2024.
The russian ship Shtandart has scheduled another illegal stopover in La Rochelle from 10 to 12 August 2024. Its captain, Vladimir Martus, is confident that Patrice BERNIER, a marina employee, will serve his interests and those of Russia to the best of his ability.

Bernier is, in fact, one of the members of the trio who, with the support of Jean-François FOUNTAINE’s municipality, organised the Shtandart’s fraud as early as spring 2022.

Vladimir Martus knows that he can count on the complicity of Brice BLONDEL, Prefect of Charente-Maritime, and of Sandrine GOURLET, CEO of the Grand Port Atlantique La Rochelle.

These high-ranking representatives of the French state, appointed by decree of the French President, are making a mockery of the fact that on 24 June 2024, the 27 Member States of the European Union, European Counicl, confirmed that « replicas of historical ships », i.e. specifically the russian ship Shtandart, were included in the scope of sanctions. When you’re a former head of staff of Emmanuel Macron, like Brice Blondel, you can probably play fast and loose with the law and the decisions of the European Union.

Today in La Rochelle, or tomorrow, 11 August 2024, Shtandart will be disembarking the clients who boarded on 6 August. Vladimir Martus will be taking on board new clients bound for Camaret, a destination that is three times illegal.

Like La Rochelle’s one, Camaret’s access is banned under the 5th package of sanctions. It is also banned, for Shtandart, like all other ports of Finistère, by the prefectoral decree of 7 July 2024, confirmed by the court on 11 July.

Finally, Camaret is part of an area to which access is strictly prohibited to vessels under sanctions by an order of the Maritime Prefect, Premar-Ceclant. The area in question is the Bay of Brest, from the Pointe du Toulinguet, and the Bay of Douarnenez.

In Camaret, Shtandart will disembark his customers from La Rochelle and board new ones for Granville, place of « Festival des voiles de Travail » from August 21 to August 25, 2024. All the above destinations are illegal, but they are open for booking and pre-payment on Shtandart’s Website : https://shtandart.eu/fr/services/sail-with-us/

Vladimir Martus doesn’t give a damn about these considerations. He will use his passengers as cannon fodder for his « humanitarian » blackmail to demand anchorages, berths and fresh supply. As a consequence of his vatnik’s behaviour, the russian crook is a nationalist star for the Kremlin-controlled propaganda media.
